We celebrated our last day before summer holidays with ‘Pool and Potluck Party’. The kids at Wonder Years, Jaipur had fun in the pool and they enjoyed delicious dishes brought by their friends.

Wonder Years Preschool, Vaishali Nagar organised ‘Art Party’. It was a fun-filled evening with colours.

Mother’s day is a special day, for all children and mothers as it celebrates the bond of love and affection that is everlasting. Wonder Years celebrated Mother’s Day. Many activities were lined up to celebrate the bond between a mother and her child. The event started with an interesting segment called ‘Role Reversal’. The children had to wash their mothers’ feet , prep their hands with moisturiser and put a bindi on their foreheads. Many mothers got emotional watching their kids take on the responsibility of getting their mommies ready. Next up was ‘Little Chefs’, in which the kids made Monaco sandwiches. This was followed by a craft session, ring toss and a rapid fire round. The day ended with a fun game called ‘Guess Your Child’. The mothers were blindfolded and had to find their little ones by only feeling their hands. It was the perfect end to an evening filled with laughter and love.

Playing in a pool is a real treat on a hot day. Kids at Wonder Years celebrated ‘Pool day’ with great enthusiasm and excitement. It was a pleasurable sight to see the tiny tots in colourful swimming costumes splashing water. They really enjoyed swimming and jumping in water and are looking forward for another swimming session.

We organised an exciting visit to the ice cream factory. The aim of the visit was to provide practical exposure to the Wonderites where they could experience the operations of the making of ice cream. During the visit, they were made aware of the stages of milk processing at the plant thereafter they were explained the process involved in the ice cream production. Our Wonderites were delighted to see how ice creams are made and packed before they actually reach them. They learnt the process of making ice creams and were over whelmed with joy and enthusiasm after they had a taste of it too.

We at Wonder Years, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur celebrated Flower Day. Wonderites did many activities like create your own garden, flower mask, etc. We talked about different types of flowers, its importance and uses. The celebration was not only refreshing as the bright flowers but also helped the students to distinguish between different flowers, their textures and colours.

Wonderites visited a supermarket in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur where they got to see a wide variety of food, beverages and household products, organized into sections and shelves. The supermarket is a wonderful place for children to be made aware of and learn about different kinds of foods and other things available there. On their visit to the supermarket, they were made to identify the types of foods found there. They were shown different sections of the super-market (fresh fruits & vegetables section, grain section, toiletry section, meat/dairy/frozen food section, bakery, and canned goods. It was demonstrated to them how things are bought, billed and paid for. On the whole it was a fun learning experience for each child.

Football is a physically demanding game that provides an opportunity to improve speed, agility, strength and eye-hand coordination. Our little wonderites enjoyed the game thoroughly.

Holi, the festival of colours was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Wonder Years. Wonderites were explained the significance of Holi through a story. They had super fun playing holi with flowers.

We celebrated Basant Bahar at Wonder Years, Jaipur. Our little Wonderites made beautiful flower rangolis.

It was a fun-filled fun fair. There were many fun games and activities that involve both parents and children. These activities help the parents spend quality time with their kids and strengthen their bond.

Wonderites brought an object of various shapes and spoke a few lines about the shape. This was a fun activity where children learnt about various shapes like square, rectangle, circle, etc. Learning to identify and understand what the different shapes are is important. Each day children are exposed to shapes in their environment. They see and interact with them everywhere daily so they need to be able to recognize shapes.

Wonder Years Jaipur organised a non-competitive sports day because we encourage and nurture every child’s strength. Wonderites loved it and they had lots of fun.

Wonderites enjoyed cleaning, peeling & grating vegetables while making vegetable salad!

We conducted a Fire Drill routine at Wonder Years. On hearing the fire alarm, Wonderites were instructed to leave the building in single file and in a calm, orderly manner. A roll call was done to check that no-one is still inside.

Our little Wonderites visited a nursery. They were amazed to see different types pf plants, flowers, fruits & birds. They were excited to see the bats & followed the trail of peacock. They enjoyed chasing butterflies. They were happy to see & touch the lotus & other flowers.

We at Wonder Years, Vaishali Nagar celebrated Children’s Day! Wonderites were very excited & enjoyed lots of fun activities like I sent a letter, Pass the parcel, Oranges & lemons followed by tug of war, etc.

Ants from stones are what our little ones created! They examined the different characteristics of bugs & also learnt the environment & needs of the bugs.

Let’s create a home for the insects! Kids were most excited to find out that bugs, can be found under bushes & stones.

To keep the fun in the learning, we celebrated special events to educate the children on the various festivals of our wonderful country.

While we are readying the responsible citizens of tomorrow, to celebrate the Independence Day, we sang the National Anthem while we hosted the National Tricolor Flag.
